How and for what purpose your data is used:
Purpose: Customer contact and invoicing
Data: Company name – Invoice address – Chamber of Commerce number – VAT number – Customer number – Name – Contact person – Telephone numbers – E-mail address
Retention period: Up to 7 years after the last message
Execution of assignments:
Purpose: Information required to perform the transport or service
Details: name and address details – collection and delivery addresses – contact details – order information. The data is processed digitally. Acknowledgments of receipt are made via digital signature or signing of a consignment note.
Retention time: 7 years
Acquisition of the above data:
These have been provided to us by you by entering into an assignment.
Access, changes, deletion of (personal) data:
Upon first request, we will provide you with insight into how van de Kamp has stored your data and – insofar as there are no preferable legal requirements – we will immediately comply with your request.
Providing personal data to third parties:
Data that we share with third parties will comply with the required data protection policy, set out in the “third party processing agreement”. We will forward these agreements to you at your request. In addition, we are of course legally obliged to provide access to our data if this is required by an authorized party.
The processing that falls under the GDPR falls under the direct responsibility of the management of van de Kamp.
Application data will be returned or destroyed within 4 weeks of rejection.
The applicant can request permission from Van de Kamp to keep the application data for one year. After one year, the organization can approach the applicant to update that data or to renew the consent.
Applicants should be aware of the impact of providing personal information on or through the internet.
Applicants themselves remain responsible for the deletion of data on the internet.
If data is retrieved from job boards, the applicant will be notified.

Unless requested by you, van de Kamp will not send newsletters to e-mail addresses obtained.
